Role Description
As a

Sales Account Manager for Mark Tipton State Farm Insurance in St. Louis, MO , you are essential to our day-to-day operations and to our customers’ success. You help grow our agency by building meaningful relationships, and ensuring customers receive the coverage and guidance they need. Through proactive marketing of relevant State Farm products and services, you improve lives by matching customers with solutions that fit their goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships

to drive retention and growth within our book of business.

Conduct policy reviews

and provide clear recommendations for coverage options (as applicable), including Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other State Farm products.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues

by coordinating with appropriate State Farm resources.

Recommend, explain, and sell

State Farm products to both

cold and warm leads , ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.

Maintain

timely follow-up , accurate documentation, and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

Insurance sales or general sales experience preferred

(State Farm experience is a plus).

Strong

interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

with a customer-first mindset.

Proven track record of meeting sales goals

and converting leads.

Comfort and confidence engaging prospects in

sales conversations

(discovery, presenting options, overcoming objections, and closing next steps).

Must be licensed

for the products you sell, or

willing to obtain required insurance licenses

as needed.
