Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Hive Home Intelligence designs and installs high-end home automation systems for some of Tampa’s most beautiful homes. We’re growing fast and looking for an organized, driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our revenue engine, assist our sales team, and ensure our marketing efforts run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks, proposal generation, and ensuring materials needed for success.

Manage CRM: Enter data, update workflows, track the customer journey, and ensure lead follow-up cadences are executed properly.

Support marketing execution: Assist with campaign execution, organize assets, and ensure lead generation efforts run smoothly.

Lead fielding & routing: Act as first point of contact for inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and distribute them to the appropriate sales team members.

Tracking & reporting: Pull data on sales KPIs, lead sources, and marketing performance to help management make informed decisions.

Brand experience: Refine the customer journey and ensure every touchpoint reflects the premium nature of the brand.

What We’re Looking For
This role is a great fit if you have experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or a related administrative role (experience in AV, smart home, or construction is a bonus).

Key qualifications include:

Highly organized and comfortable working within CRM systems to manage workflows and customer journeys.

Understanding of basic marketing principles and ability to support internal marketing initiatives.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive problem‑solving and process improvement.

Familiarity with AI tools and application to sales, marketing, or operations is a strong plus.

Preferred Candidate Traits

Looking for a high‑level strategic management role or desire to manage a team is NOT a fit.

Dislikes detailed administrative work, data entry, or CRM management is NOT a fit.

Prefers working in isolation and does not want to interact with clients or support a team is NOT a fit.
