About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator, Social Media Marketing to help capture that spirit and translate it into compelling, purpose-driven content across social and digital channels. In this role, you’ll support the storytelling that defines the Olympic hospitality journey for fans and businesses alike. From high-impact social campaigns to real-time content tied to key Olympic moments, your work will help drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across both B2C and B2B audiences. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role ideal for a social marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands brand governance, and knows how to bring stories to life across platforms.
Social Content & Storytelling

Develop and execute engaging social media content centered on athletes, teams, countries, fans, milestones, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Create marketing content within IOC and Organizing Committee guidelines to support Olympic hospitality sales and campaigns.
Write, film and adapt content for multiple formats, including social captions, short‑form video scripts, blogs, newsletters, interviews, and digital campaigns.
Translate the Olympic spirit into culturally relevant content that resonates across global audiences and platforms.
Multi‑Channel Execution

Support and maintain the social content calendar and social accounts for Olympic Hospitality marketing across social, web, email, and partner/agent channels.
Collaborate with Content Marketing & Paid Digital to produce content.
Publish and optimize content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the official Olympic website.
Collaborate closely with clients, PR, Experience Design, and in‑venue teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
Assist in shaping the look and feel of content, providing input on visuals, graphics, and video edits to align with brand standards.
Identify creative needs (imagery, graphics, video assets) and coordinate with designers to source and manage assets.
Research & Insights

Track and document key Olympic milestones, competition schedules, country team announcements, and major sports-related dates.
Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, viral formats, and best practices.
Proactively incorporate insights and upcoming moments into the social content calendar.
Performance & Optimization

Monitor content performance and audience engagement across platforms.
Share insights and recommendations to help optimize content and improve future campaigns.
Support reporting needs tied to campaign performance and key Olympic moments.
Who You Are

3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, digital media, or a related field.
Expert in platform and posting strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).
Highly proficient in video capture, including UGC content, and editing with video editing tools.
Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for tone, voice, and platform-specific best practices.
Experience creating content for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and approval workflows.
Passionate about sports, culture, storytelling, and global events.
Comfortable working within brand, legal, and governance guidelines.
Familiarity with SEO principles, analytics tools, and content management systems.
Experience with social media video editing tools and AirTable are required.
A collaborative, proactive team player who performs well under the pressure and energy of live global events.
Bonus: Experience supporting major global campaigns, sports teams, live events or multilingual/global audiences.

Los Angeles, NYC, or Remote candidates considered. NY or LA candidates are encouraged to work from office locations.
Hiring Rate Minimum

$60,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds).
Hiring Rate Maximum

$80,000 annually.
