Dover - - Responsibilities: Deliver, install, repair, maintain, and test Markem-Imaje equipment; Resolve operational issues in the field; Identify issues and perform troubleshooting procedures; Determine customer needs and offer recommendations; New equipment installations, customer training, emergency and routine repair, contract sales and maintenance and other service-related activities as directed by management
