PWB Designer

About This Role
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced PWB/PWA/Flex Design Engineer to join our team developing and improving product designs to support advanced emerging programs. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplinary design team developing electronic systems for Space Applications.

Responsibilities

Develop new PWB/PWA/Flex designs and transition them into military qualified hardware.

Specify appropriate PWB/PWA/Flex construction based on requirements and environments.

Appraise IPC standards, supplier PWB/PWA/Flex fabrication techniques and controlled impedance path layouts.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in PWB/PWA/Flex layout.

Experience with high-density printed circuit boards using Cadence/Allegro products.

Experience in controlled track impedance, RF PWB, and guard track layout.

Allegro PWB designer experience.

Experience creating and maintaining component libraries.

Experience in footprint generation.

Active security clearance preferred; eligibility for clearance required.

Education: AS degree in PWB design or equivalent.

Pay range: $32.64 - $48.70 per hour (in compliance with the local pay transparency law).
