Our client develops customized media strategies that help clients maximize their investment across an evolving media landscape. Following the acquisition of a creative agency, the firm is investing in growth, expanding capabilities, and refining internal processes to support a higher volume of new business opportunities without losing the collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that defines the team.

The right person brings strong writing skills, media experience, strategic instincts, and the kind of professional presence that builds trust quickly with both prospective clients and internal teams. They pursue the right business, not every business, and understand the difference. They are relationship-driven, highly organized, comfortable managing multiple active proposals at once, and energized by helping shape how the agency presents itself in competitive opportunities.
