About the Role

Sales Coordinator at Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University. You will support the sales team by managing leads, proposals, and group bookings while ensuring seamless communication between clients and hotel operations.
Responsibilities

Route sales leads and draft group proposals.
Manage group bookings.
Build relationships with key contacts to understand their needs and proactively communicate all details to the hotel’s operation team.
Assist in making sales blitzes, sales events, and site visits successful.
Qualifications

Great communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with peers and clients.
Impeccable time‑management and organizational skills.
Prior sales or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
