Business Development Manager - Transmission

Location options: Remote and/or hybrid with offices located near Lyndon, Kansas, or Georgetown, KY
The company: Aviation operator specializing in contract aerial services for the oil & gas industry as well as the electric utility industry.
Clients are oil and gas and electric utility companies.
Responsibilities

Independent management of marketing efforts
Develop new relationships within the Energy Sector
Maintain client relations with existing customer base
Tradeshow attendance, website management, social media development
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales/business development role within the Electric Utility industry (ideally 4-10)
Must be familiar with energy infrastructure companies building out projects and know the players (contractors/utilities) in the game
Knowledge in the transmission powerline space ideal, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
