Duties & Responsibilities
Drive sales to surpass personal and store goals while ensuring an outstanding customer service experience.
Assist the Brand Manager and frequently act as Manager on Duty to:
Support talent acquisition and development, including recruiting, onboarding, training new team members, and facilitating ongoing development plans.
Build a solid partnership with Clinical services.
Analyze reports to guarantee all staff members achieve their set goals.
Communicate effectively with the Support Center and Human Resources.
Ensure proper lab production for optimal service fulfillment.
Oversee simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and expedite delivery of eyeglasses while ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Maintain brand standards in the lab and report any equipment malfunctions or order discrepancies.
Monitor delivery time commitments ensuring compliance with service standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
Proven leadership ability, with at least one year of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, as well as leading a sales team.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
Effective communication skills with diverse groups.
