The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role collaborates cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong ability to translate strategy into measurable results while supporting both external marketing initiatives and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, and web)

Support go-to-market initiatives for products, services, or verticals

Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery

Content, Messaging & Internal Communications

Develop and manage marketing content including emails, website pages, case studies, blogs, and sales materials

Support internal communications including company announcements, newsletters, leadership messaging, and change initiatives

Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across both external and internal channels

Partner with internal subject matter experts to translate technical offerings into customer-focused messaging

Trade Shows & Events

Plan and support industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events from end to end

Coordinate logistics including booth setup, marketing collateral, registrations, and vendor management

Partner with sales to align pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up

Track and report on event performance, including lead generation and ROI

Digital Marketing

Manage and optimize digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social media

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Support marketing automation and CRM initiatives

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI

Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance

Provide insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategy

Sales & Cross-Functional Support

Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue goals

Develop tools and collateral to support the sales process

Coordinate with product, operations, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

2-5 years of experience in marketing or related role (B2B experience preferred)

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience in [industry-e.g., field service, refrigeration, healthcare, etc.]

Experience planning or supporting trade shows and events

Familiarity with SEO, paid media, and content marketing strategies

Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) or lead generation programs
