Description
We are searching for a confident client services professional who enjoys building relationships and creating critical wins. This person understands PR, content and digital strategy, and is comfortable being the main point of contact for clients while leading a team of pitching professionals to media success.

Key responsibilities:

Manage accounts for up to 15 clients, including preparing for and leading weekly, bi‑weekly or monthly client strategy calls

Develop strategy for integrated campaigns that encompass public relations, content marketing, social media and digital marketing (dependent on client scope)

Serve as internal project manager, overseeing the creation of deliverables by our content, digital and creative teams, ensuring deliverables meet client brand standards and serve as the brand protector for clients

Manage and mentor 1‑2 media relations team members to achieve team success on behalf of clients

Meet client and team KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

Manage data (internal and external reporting)

This is not an entry‑level job; proven PR, content, digital or social media, or client management experience is a must.

Qualifications:

At least 2‑3 years of media relations, public relations, client management or journalism experience

Proven book of media placements or published writing works

Ability to be proactive and assertive

Experience developing content (strong press releases, bylines and other materials)

Ability to create, develop and execute newsworthy campaigns

Superb communication skills and attention to detail

Experience with CISION, PRWeb, Microsoft and Google suite of office apps; Photoshop a plus

BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field is a plus, but other degrees will be considered with appropriate job experience
