YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS
In this Sales Director role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring residential representatives, establishing clear targets, and closely monitoring both individual and team performance. You will conduct field coaching sessions and ride-alongs, continually refine processes and scripts to improve close rates, and ensure accountability through diligent KPI tracking and pipeline management. Collaboration with the production team will be essential for effective project handoff, and you will be expected to foster a competitive, growth-oriented team culture. Leading by example, you will focus on producing results personally while simultaneously coaching others toward high achievement.
SALES DIRECTOR MUST-HAVES
- Experience as a sales leader with a history of coaching and developing sales reps
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Comfort working in the field and leading by example
- Highly competitive, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Experience in residential sales, roofing, or home services (preferred)
