Disguise is looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the Location-Based Entertainment (LBE), Museum, and Experiential Installations market. You'll focus on helping museums, immersive experiences, entertainment destinations, and public venues to create next-generation visitor experiences through cutting‑edge real‑time graphics, immersive visuals, and dynamic content powered by Disguise's market‑leading technology.
This is a highly strategic role where you will identify and engage with experience owners, operators, integrators, consultants, creative studios, and AV partners to drive adoption of Disguise's solutions across a wide range of permanent and semi‑permanent installations, from immersive galleries and digital exhibits to interactive attractions and venue‑based entertainment systems, such as sporting stadiums & arenas.
What You Will Do
Act as an individual contributor within a collaborative and supportive sales team
Lead new business sales cycles valued at $100K–$1M+ across museums, immersive experiences, experiential installations, and sporting venue environments
Design and execute a strategic go‑to‑market plan to grow Disguise's footprint in the location‑based entertainment and experiential market
Build strong relationships with museum leadership, creative studios, technical directors, consultants, integrators, venue operators, and experiential agencies
Forecast accurately within Salesforce and Clari for both product and services pipelines
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and proposals
Collaborate with marketing to build targeted campaigns and thought leadership across the immersive entertainment, cultural, and experiential technology markets
Represent Disguise at key industry events (InfoComm, IAAPA, NAB, SXSW, MuseumExpo, Integrated Systems Europe) and deliver public presentations as a subject matter expert
Experience & Skills
5+ years of end‑to‑end B2B sales experience across experiential entertainment, museums, AV technology, live events, themed entertainment, broadcast, and/or large‑scale installations
Strong experience closing complex, technical sales ($100K–$1M+) and navigating long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Deep understanding of experiential technology ecosystems, AV integrations, immersive storytelling workflows, and stakeholder coordination across creative, technical, and operational teams
Familiarity with venues, stadiums, arenas, or broadcast environments is a plus
Experience with structured sales processes (MEDDPICC, BANT)
Proven track record building strong relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience forecasting sales across short‑and‑long term pipelines (3 months–1+ year)
Comfort in public speaking roles and representing brands at industry events

Basic Salary Range
The commission component is not included in this range and will be added to the total compensation package.
Compensation for candidates based outside the U.S. will be determined in line with local market benchmarks and internal equity.
USD: $105,000—$110,000.
