We are looking for a Mid-level Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing needs at Harbor Commercial Partners. This position would be responsible for all HCP’s marketing efforts, including, but not limited to, management of listings on MLS platforms, the creation/updating of brochures, flyers, and proposals to ensure consistent brand identity, planning and managing the company’s social media. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with a background in graphic design and an interest in commercial real estate.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is required. Proficiency in Illustrator, Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred. Strong writing and communication skills are a must, including impeccable grammar and spelling. This person will need to be comfortable following a brand guideline and taking direction from multiple brokers about design and marketing needs. Organized, professional, and efficient are words that would describe our ideal candidate.
Job Duties Create and update property brochures/flyers in Adobe InDesign with listing information.
Edit listing photos in Adobe Photoshop.
Create/remove listings to/from various platforms, including FlexMLS, CoStar/Loopnet, Crexi, and the Harbor Commercial Partners website.
Draft listing agreements (using ZipForms) and Change of Status agreements.
Create social media posts, reels, and graphics.
Submit Hot Properties (recently completed deals) on a monthly basis.
Create and distribute email marketing campaigns (via Constant Contact) on behalf of brokers (approximately three per week).
Assist brokers with entering deals on Commercial Edge, a cloud-based brokerage management platform.
Additional admin responsibilities include answering phones, ordering business cards, etc.
Manage and update the company’s website.
Take and manage headshots, bios, and team photos.
Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is required.
1–3+ years of graphic design experience.
3–5 years of marketing experience; commercial real estate experience is ideal but not required.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong knowledge of print and web layouts, design fundamentals, and typography.
Strong attention to detail.
Self‑motivated and receptive to feedback.
Must have strong writing and communication skills.
Strong portfolio of graphic design work.
