Identify and acquire new business opportunities to fuel agency growth
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions
Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for customers
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Ability to manage multiple accounts and build rapport with diverse clients
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Experience in sales preferred
Experience managing client relationships is preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
