What are the specifics of Business Development Manager role?

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategies and sales objectives to market World Mobility Services to multinational or national organizations in his/her territory

New Leads Development – generate new leads through smart use of sales tools and networking techniques

Identifying key decision makers in potential client businesses

Develop proficiency in Crown World Mobility services and Crown brands to facilitate multi-service, cross brand opportunities

Maintain absolute focus on Crown’s organizational objectives to establish growth through crossselling of services

Achieve annual individual sales goals and objectives within the prescribed time frame, collaborate with Regional Director to prepare and deliver exceptional proposals, presentations, RFPs and other client facing presentations

Meet and or exceed established goals, call targets, revenue targets, and new business acquisition initiatives, jointly with sales and management teams

Utilize and maintain accurate records in CRM database

Utilize internal management system (Interact/Dynamics) Call Histories to maintain a regular call cycle/follow up contact with potential and target corporate customers, as detailed within the Strategy Plan

Understand Market drivers and anticipate trends

Attend annual sales conferences / training seminars and networking functions on a national, regional and/or local basis

Effectively partner with and support network members in developing corporate leads and sales activity

Create plans in conjunction with Regional Director to ensure monthly and quarterly account development

Drive and manage local marketing programs in conjunction with marketing department

Travels up to 10% to support marketplace activity and to meet sales requirements

Establish a professional, working and consultative relationship with clients, by developing a core understanding of their unique business needs within their industry

Participate in sales projects or company initiatives to drive corporate vision and strategy

Demonstrate and promote the company vision, strategy and values

Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges

Ability to plan, implement and deliver business goals

Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines.

Work efficiently in a high-pressured environment

Demonstrated Sales and Leadership skills

Excellent communication, influencing , negotiation and closing skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret prospective client relocation policies and contract documents

Effective presentation skills for C-Level, senior management, prospects, and/or public groups

Highly customer service oriented/driven interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task and organize work streams to meet client deadlines

Knowledgeable on International Mobility current industry market trends

Ability to read, speak and write English

Fluency in German and/or French

Demonstrated business acumen and strong judgement

Education and/or Experience

College degree or equivalent work experience required.

Prefer to have a minimum of three to five (3-5) years’ experience in a business-to-business sales environment experience within the mobility industry.

Proven track record of developing prospects and securing new clients.

Prior familiarity with assigned territory.

Experienced in the preparation of tenders/bids/proposals

CRP/GMS/GMS‑T designation required or willingness to obtain as appropriate
