About the Role
The Community Marketing Manager is the face of Ripple Fiber in local neighborhoods. You will build trust, educate residents, and expand the brand through community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Spend 60–70% of time in the field, traveling to build areas and future build regions.
Attend and host local events: farmers markets, parks, HOA meetings, chamber events, and civic gatherings.
Build active relationships with community groups—Chambers of Commerce, Homeowners Associations, schools, youth leagues, nonprofits, and civic organizations.
Generate local awareness and sales leads by coordinating with sales, construction, and operations teams.
Serve as the trusted local representative, sharing Ripple Fiber’s service plans, pricing, and promotion details.
Plan, set up, and manage booths, tents, and brand displays at events, including swag and lead capture.
Protect the brand by speaking accurately, following brand standards, and providing community feedback to marketing.
Success Metrics
Strong relationships with chambers and community leaders.
Frequent invitations to speak at local meetings.
Consistent generation of awareness, leads, and sales in the market.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Telecommunications or technology knowledge; local market relationships.
Core Requirements
Flexibility to adapt and shift direction as markets change.
Experience in planning and coordinating events and management positions.
Budget management skills; understanding of consumer promotions.
Knowledge of local markets and surrounding areas; ability to lift 35–50 lbs.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong networking, multitasking, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
