is seeking a

Presentation Designer

to support the Consumer Banking organization of a nationally recognized credit union headquartered in Tysons Corner, VA. The

Presentation Designer

will serve as a strategic consultant focused on building executive-level presentations, sales enablement collateral, operational decks, and visual storytelling content across high‑visibility initiatives including loyalty programs, branch operations, and mergers & acquisitions activity. This position will be hybrid in Tysons Corner, VA, requiring onsite work at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-impact executive presentations, strategic decks, and sales enablement materials for senior leadership

Translate complex business initiatives, operational updates, and strategic concepts into visually compelling presentations

Support initiatives related to consumer banking operations, loyalty programs, mergers & acquisitions activity, and enterprise transformation efforts

Partner directly with Director and SVP-level leadership to understand objectives, messaging, and desired outcomes

Recommend the most effective visual storytelling methods including charts, graphs, layouts, and presentation structures

Create rapid prototypes and presentation mockups to support executive review and iterative feedback cycles

Assist in reframing kickoff materials, operational updates, and strategic communications into polished executive-facing content

Collaborate across business teams to identify messaging priorities, project risks, and communication opportunities

Maintain presentation consistency, branding standards, formatting quality, and visual professionalism

Support ongoing special projects and serve as a shared presentation resource across the Consumer Banking organization

Qualifications

5+ years of experience creating executive-level presentations, sales enablement content, or strategic business communications

Advanced expertise with Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design best practices

Strong ability to synthesize business information into concise, impactful visual content

Experience supporting executive leadership, strategic initiatives, or high-visibility business operations

Strong communication, listening, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work quickly, manage multiple priorities, and iterate effectively in fast-paced environments

Experience creating data visualizations including charts, graphs, dashboards, and operational reporting content

Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational drivers and organizational goals

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, English, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within banking, credit unions, fintech, consulting, or member-focused organizations

Background in business analysis, project management, strategic communications, or executive operations

Experience creating board-level or ELT-level presentation materials

MBA or advanced business degree preferred

Familiarity with M&A communications, operational transformation, or loyalty/rewards programs

Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
