P&C Producer (Retail Division)

– Hybrid role based out of Conshohocken, PA Home Office. Part of Novacore’s P&C Producer NSM Insurance Brokers division.

Role Summary

We are looking to build our portfolio offering both junior and seasoned producers to our Retail Division. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of industry standards and regulations, and the ability to build trust with clients while understanding Novacore’s niche products.
Responsibilities

Attract, retain, and grow new prospects/customers.
Maintain the highest level of client relationship management.
Coordinate delivery of all risk management services including renewals, claims reviews, and loss control meetings.
Solicit new business accounts that meet Novacore’s revenue thresholds.
Communicate technical solutions to clients and prospects.
Collaborate with the new business team to identify coverage or service deficiencies in prospects’ policies.
Identify target niches and build a book of business around those specific industries.
Become a subject matter expert in these niches and join industry associations and attend networking opportunities.
Focus time and efforts on driving new revenue.
Support day‑to‑day servicing of accounts with the Account Management Team.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
5+ years of sales experience preferred.
Prior experience within the insurance industry.
Experience in defined niche markets preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong sales skills and product knowledge.
Strong presentation skills.
