Position Overview:
As a key member of our client's in‑house agency, the Creative Copywriter works closely with creative teams and cross‑functional partners to develop engaging and precise messaging that aligns with the brand's voice. This role encompasses a variety of projects, from client correspondence and letters to product literature, emails, and more. You'll ensure every piece of communication resonates effectively with its audience.
Salary:
$70,000 - $90,000 per year.

(3 days per week in office, 2 days remote)

What You'll Do:
Craft compelling, engaging copy for a diverse array of deliverables, including video scripts, taglines, social media content, motion graphics, style guides, marketing materials, and more.
Bring innovative and imaginative ideas to the table when addressing complex messaging objectives, ensuring that our content captures audience attention.
Collaborate with fellow creatives to deliver unified storytelling across different channels.
Apply accessibility standards and best practices to multimedia content.
Tailor messaging and content for various audiences, formats, and digital environments.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining exceptional creative quality.
Stay curious and continuously learn about new marketing trends, writing techniques, and enhancements, introducing fresh concepts to the team that embody our core values of curiosity and boldness.
Who You Are:
3+ years of professional writing experience with a strong emphasis on multimedia content, particularly video and social media.
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable working in Figma and utilizing creative AI tools.
Outstanding writing and editing skills with mastery of AP Style and grammar.
High attention to detail and a track record of producing concise, intuitive copy.
Naturally curious, eager to learn about our client's products, services, and audiences.
Skilled in adapting voice and style for different markets and channels.
A true collaborator who thrives in team settings and values constructive feedback.
Able to perform under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and adept at juggling multiple priorities.
Previous agency experience preferred.
An online portfolio showcasing your best work, especially examples relevant to email and direct mail, is required.
A copy test may be required.
