The Style Advisor provides personalized styling and sales support for Ready-to-Wear and Custom-Made products in the Scottsdale store. This role focuses on building client relationships, delivering clear style advice, and achieving individual and store sales goals. The position requires participation in a multi-layered training program and adherence to store standards. Advisors maintain professional presentation and contribute to a team-based retail environment.
Responsibilities
Complete training cycle to develop product and selling expertise
Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and styling of products
Execute professional salesmanship to meet personal and store metrics
Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service
Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed according to visual guidelines
Maintain store standards and perform duties assigned by store leadership
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service
Genuine interest in fashion and styling
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based culture
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
