Field & Partner Marketing Specialist

Myriad360 · New York, NY, USA ·

Pay:
$75,000-$85,000/yr
Job type:
Full Time

Who You Are
You think in systems. When work spans multiple partners, platforms, and stakeholders, you organize it into something the rest of the business can rely on. You collaborate fluently across marketing, sales, and client‑facing teams. You gather inputs cleanly, align stakeholders without slowing momentum, and keep the right people informed at the right time. You track details with discipline. Deadlines, approvals, documentation, and dependencies stay organized and visible. The operating rhythm holds because you hold it.

About the Role
The Field & Partner Marketing Specialist owns the day‑to‑day operational execution of partner MDF claiming and field event logistics at Myriad360. This role lives primarily inside the Partner Marketing function with support on Field Marketing activity. You will manage the MDF claim process end to end, including submissions across our partner portal ecosystem, gathering proof‑of‑performance documentation from Field Marketing, and managing claims through approval and payment. You will also support field event logistics—travel, accommodation, ground transportation, and on‑site arrangements—for our larger programs, such as the Innovation Summit Series and other marquee programs. Success in this role comes from accuracy, follow‑through, and the ability to keep dozens of moving claims and logistics threads on track at the same time.
