The integrated marketing team translates business goals into marketing strategies and serves as general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market.
About the Role

The Consumer Integrated Marketing team needs a strategic, entrepreneurial, data‑driven marketer to grow DoorDash’s Marketplace. The role reports to the Local Marketing team lead and owns the strategy, development and execution of B2B2C integrated campaigns for new and existing SMB restaurant partners. Success relies on operating at the lowest level of detail while tracking business performance and ensuring the cross‑functional marketing team stays on track to hit quarterly and annual goals.
What You’ll Do

Oversee 25–30 concurrent integrated campaigns each quarter, coordinating with stakeholders across paid media (online & offline), promotions, influencer, CRM, in‑app, and local activations.
Write creative and strategic briefs, set the marketing strategy, oversee GTM deployment, deliver impact reporting, and keep cross‑functional alignment with sales, strategy & operations, marketing, and analytics.
Develop customized co‑marketing strategies for select top SMB exclusive partners and scale winning tactics to future acquisitions.
Use a data‑first approach to set campaign goals, optimise marketing against those goals, and improve profitability, volume, and new customer acquisition.
Manage local budgets and allocate resources to achieve Mx acquisition goals.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus.
4+ years as a marketer in integrated marketing, brand, or media.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous detail and executional prowess.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; able to organise critical information for senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
A creative and entrepreneurial mindset that tackles unsolved problems and crafts solutions with limited resources.
A collaborative spirit and prior experience partnering with CRM, paid media, creative, analytics, and product teams.
Compensation

Base salary ranges from $83,000 to $122,000 USD, localized by work location. Compensation includes equity opportunities. Pay is subject to change.
