We are strategically investing in AI-powered tools to transform how we analyze the market, develop products, manage channels, and drive profitable growth.

Role Description
We are seeking a highly driven E-commerce Account Manager or Director to own channel performance across our B2B and B2C portfolios. Depending on your experience, business judgment, and demonstrated capability, you will start with defined ownership of a specific channel or platform and expand your scope as you deliver measurable results.

This role is designed for a commercially minded e-commerce leader who is ready to take clear ownership of sales growth, margin performance, product execution, and channel profitability. The ideal candidate uses AI as a core daily decision-making tool and is equally comfortable driving sales performance, making product recommendations, and influencing inventory decisions.

While our overseas teams provide daily operational support, you will be the primary business owner responsible for setting direction, defining priorities, and ensuring high-quality execution toward profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own revenue, gross margin, sell-through, and channel-level profitability targets for assigned channels.

Develop sales plans, margin targets, promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and channel growth roadmaps.

Monitor business performance regularly and take proactive corrective actions to improve sales, margin, inventory health, and profitability.

End-to-End Product Lifecycle Ownership

Translate AI-driven market research, competitor benchmarking, customer insights, and channel data into actionable product recommendations.

Own the product journey for assigned channels, from product ideation, development, pricing, and order placement to shipping, platform listing, launch execution, and lifecycle replenishment.

Partner with product development, sourcing, merchandising, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure products are developed and launched according to channel needs.

Evaluate product performance and recommend whether to expand, replenish, reposition, markdown, or discontinue products.

Channel‑Specific Assortment & Buying

Develop and execute growth strategies for assigned channel(s), with a clear roadmap to expand scope as performance milestones are met.

Understand the economics and operating model of each channel — including 1P/3P structure, fulfillment, advertising mechanics, pricing control, and customer expectations.

Identify emerging platform opportunities and contribute to go‑to‑market planning for new channel launches or category expansions.

Use AI tools to continuously monitor competitor pricing movements, assortment changes, promotional activity, review velocity, and category trends.

Define advertising strategy, investment targets, and performance benchmarks for assigned channel(s); direct overseas teams on execution and optimization.

AI‑Powered Analytics & Execution

Use AI tools to monitor and analyze traffic, conversion, advertising spend, pricing, competitor activity, fulfillment costs, inventory turns, and product‑level profitability.

Build AI‑enabled workflows that improve forecasting, competitive analysis, listing optimization, reporting, and decision‑making speed.

Apply AI tools to support market research, keyword research, customer review analysis, product positioning, content development, pricing analysis, and business reporting.

Continuously identify new tools and workflows that can improve productivity, execution consistency, and business outcomes.

Develop and execute growth strategies for assigned channels, with a roadmap to expand responsibility over time.

Build go‑to‑market plans for new product launches, new categories, or new channels.

Understand and manage the economics of different channel models, including 1P, 3P, B2B wholesale, marketplace, DTC, fulfillment, commission structures, and platform algorithms.

Oversee advertising investment for assigned channels by setting targets, budgets, priorities, and performance expectations for execution teams.

Global Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with overseas operations teams to ensure daily execution aligns with product timelines, sales targets, inventory needs, and channel priorities.

Provide clear business context, direction, performance feedback, and escalation support.

Work closely with product, sourcing, logistics, finance, creative, customer service, and marketplace operations teams.

Build scalable processes that reduce manual work, improve execution speed, and create consistent operating standards.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of e‑commerce experience with direct accountability for revenue, margin, or P&L in at least one major channel, such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, Wayfair, SHEIN, Temu, Shopify, or a B2B e‑commerce platform.

Strong experience in product development, assortment planning, buying, or inventory planning, with the ability to recommend what to build, how much to order, and when to replenish.

Practical AI fluency. You must actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, CommerceIQ, Helium 10, Semrush, SimilarWeb, or similar tools as part of your daily workflow.

Strong analytical skills, including forecasting, margin analysis, sales performance tracking, and business reporting.

Ability to translate data into practical business decisions and execution plans.

Strong cross‑functional communication skills and experience working with international teams across time zones.

Strong commercial mindset with ownership of measurable business results.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing both 1P and 3P marketplace relationships.

Familiarity with B2B wholesale platforms or digital B2B account management.

Proven track record of launching new products, categories, or sales channels from the ground up.

Experience working with overseas sourcing, product development, or operations teams.
