What You'll Do

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Event Strategist to design, plan, and execute advisor‑focused marketing initiatives across the West Coast and Rocky Mountain regions. The role blends strategic thinking with strong project‑management skills to deliver high‑impact, multi‑channel marketing initiatives that translate business goals into integrated strategies that reach clients and prospects across key touchpoints.
Responsibilities

Form deep partnerships with advisors and create multichannel marketing strategies aligned with their business targets and priority demographics.
Create exceptional experiences for clients across key audiences and verticals.
Work collaboratively across teams and departments, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Oversee the execution of financial advisor strategies, delivering memorable, tailored events.
Serve as project manager, executor, and leader for office‑wide activities including office campaigns, events, forums, partnerships, and digital activities.
Partner with Events Agency (IPE) and advisor client‑servicing teams on event execution.
Be accountable for budget management related to advisor marketing strategies within defined cohorts.
Demonstrate benefits of integrated communications plans (events, email, social media, network/influence communities) and provide training and resources as appropriate.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovation, leveraging technology, driving process improvement, and staying current on industry trends.
Partner with the training team to align training, partnership, and priorities, and support ongoing internal training for advisors.
Collaborate with the Data team to make data‑driven decisions.
Manage the general administration of internal and external mailings, invitations, and other communications.
Manage and develop one direct report.
What We're Looking For

5‑7+ years of experience in marketing or event planning.
Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Skill to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Innovative thinking to create unique and memorable event experiences.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless execution.
Agility in resolving issues that arise during planning and execution phases.
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce and Pardot knowledge is a plus.
Some regional travel will be required.
Benefits and Compensation

Base Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000. Actual base salaries may vary based on education, training, experience, past performance, and other job‑related factors. Total compensation may include commissions, year‑end incentive compensation, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and department‑specific awards.
