Job Overview

Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales – Inbound & Outbound) in the cross‑border, FX, or international payments sector.
Core Objectives

Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for BDMs.
Conduct high‑volume inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Identify businesses with international payment, cross‑border payment, and FX needs.
Build and maintain prospect lists and pipeline activity in CRM.
Qualify leads based on business fit and opportunity potential.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams.
Consistently achieve activity and meet targets.
Qualifications

2+ years of lead generation, customer‑facing, or sales experience (entry‑level candidates also considered).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with making high volumes of outbound calls and outreach.
Highly organized, strong follow‑up discipline.
Coachable, eager to learn and grow in sales.
Competitive mindset with resilience and persistence.
Experience using CRM systems beneficial but not essential.

Compensation Structure

Base salary plus quarterly monetary incentives. Career development and promotion opportunities.
US-based candidates : $50,000–$60,000 USD annually plus quarterly incentives.
Canada-based candidates : $50,000–$70,000 CAD annually plus quarterly incentives.
