Agent Assistant - Showing Agent

We are looking for a full-time Agent Assistant and Hybrid Showing Agent to be the on-the-ground presence for The Collective. Field work is the primary function of this role — showings, listing walkthroughs, and representing clients in person. Office and administrative support fills the time between, keeping transactions moving and the team running smoothly.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in being the person other people count on. You’ll work directly with Matt, execute from strong existing systems, and have real impact on the client experience every single day.

Employment Type:

Full-time, W-2

Location:

Boca Raton, FL (field-based + in-office)

Schedule:

Primary field availability; office coverage M–F 9am–5pm when not in the field

License:

Not required — licensing support available for the right candidate

Base Salary:

$48,000–$52,000, depending on experience

Total Compensation:

$55,000–$65,000+ with performance bonuses tied to team production

Mileage Reimbursement:

Provided for all field work
