Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule property showings for clients and agents efficiently.

Assist agents during property tours by providing detailed information and answering client questions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available listings and market trends.

Prepare and distribute marketing materials and property information to prospective buyers.

Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

Manage and organize client feedback and follow-up communications post-showing.

Support agents with administrative tasks related to property showings and client interactions.

Qualifications

Valid real estate license or currently pursuing licensure preferred

Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate or related customer service role

Strong knowledge of local Lafayette real estate market and property types

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple showings and appointments efficiently

Proficient with real estate software and mobile apps (e.g., MLS, showing platforms)

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with Cary Team Realty standards

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation
$25.00 - $25.00 USD Hourly
