Marketing and sales coordinator

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator based in Dalhart, TX. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will develop and implement marketing strategies, coordinate sales efforts, and manage customer relationships. Responsibilities include creating marketing campaigns, identifying new sales opportunities, facilitating client communications, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives. The role also involves gathering customer insights to enhance marketing approaches and contributing to the company's growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Marketing skills, including campaign development and execution, social media management, and event coordination

Sales skills, including customer relationship management and identifying growth opportunities

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interactions with team members and clients

Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals

Background in the agricultural industry or familiarity with agricultural equipment is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
