Job Summary/Description

KBTX, the CBS affiliate serving the Bryan/College Station market and home of the Texas A&M Aggies, is looking for a driven and consultative Media Executive to join our sales team. This is a rare chance to represent one of Brazos Valley’s most trusted local media brands and build a high-earning career selling the most powerful multi-platform marketing solutions in the area.
Duties/Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new advertising clients across the Bryan/College Station market using a relentless hunter mentality, cold calls, warm leads, networking, and everything in between.
Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close, managing your pipeline with accuracy in our CRM platform.
Build and present custom multi-platform marketing campaigns tailored to each client’s business goals and budget.
Serve as a trusted marketing consultant, uncovering clients’ real pain points and solving them with data-driven strategies across TV and digital.
Develop and grow a book of business through strong relationship management and consistent campaign results.
Collaborate with our creative teams to bring client campaigns to life.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals and budget targets.
Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of one year of outside sales experience, or a recent college graduate with a strong sales internship, or demonstrated competitive drive.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation for out-of-office meetings.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred (not required)

Media or advertising sales experience.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (OTT, SEM, SEO, social, etc.).
Experience using a CRM platform for pipeline management.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
