Pay range: USD $157,000 - $188,000 yearly (base pay determined based on location, skills and experience).
Role Overview
The Fisher-Price brand seeks an experienced Brand Creative Director to lead conceptualization and execution of strategic brand creative across multiple consumer touchpoints. The role focuses on brand development, campaign strategy, content and graphic design, typography, and key art. It requires collaboration with agencies, marketing, packaging, live events, product design, and digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns, style guides, key art, ecommerce creative, motion graphics/video, and social media assets with best‑in‑class, trend‑driven creativity.
Prioritize and deliver multiple projects on schedule, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Lead and art‑direct creative teams, both internal and external.
Own projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Present concepts persuasively to secure stakeholder buy‑in.
Collaborate with copywriters, producers, marketing partners, and designers.
Required Competencies
Strong knowledge of current trends across branding, content, gaming, art, pop culture, design & typography, advertising, social media, digital, and entertainment.
Proficiency with Adobe Suite and other graphic design, animation, and content creation software.
Understanding of campaign strategy for asset creation and development.
Ability to translate brand equity and tone through diverse aesthetics.
Global experience in adult and youth‑oriented design and marketing.
Attention to detail while maintaining a big‑picture perspective.
Mentorship skills to lead and develop junior designers.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills
10+ years in art‑direction, brand design or creative leadership.
Preferred experience in design firms, agencies, or in‑house brand leadership.
Proven track record building and evolving iconic consumer brands.
Experience with content creation beyond social (video, episodic, motion storytelling).
Digital, social, and ecommerce experience preferred.
Global brand experience is advantageous.
