Seasonal District Sales Lead: 3 Stores, July-Nov

Join our team as a

Seasonal District Sales Manager

and take charge of our stores from July through November! This role offers a competitive weekly rate between $1,171.60 and $1,196.60, depending on your qualifications and experience.

As a vital part of the Spirit Halloween brand, you'll oversee operations for an average of 3 stores, managing sales, payroll, recruitment, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink, and all related functions. Your responsibilities will also include the construction, opening, operation, and closing of assigned Spirit stores.

To be eligible for this role, you must:

Have previously worked in a District Sales Manager position for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween

Be at least 21 years old

Possess a flexible schedule

Have 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role

The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for over 8 hours, as well as lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds. We look forward to your application!
