We bring quality fashion to international markets and collaborate with a wide network of industry players ranging from manufacturers and suppliers to independent designers and retail partners worldwide. We are building our creative division from the ground up and looking for a passionate, self-driven Designer to be the cornerstone of that vision. This is a rare opportunity to shape a brand's design identity from day one.
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

Researching the market for key items and trends.
Initiating original concepts that drive sales forward.
Designing compelling silhouette sketches and seasonal concept trends.
Developing colors, fabrications, all over prints, and trim packaging.
Executing detailed tech packs for product development and production.
Interface with technical designer on new design development and fittings.
Partner with production team on approvals to maintain on-time deliveries.
Accountable for adhering to design development T & A calendar and production deadlines.
Sending concepts to industry partners and following up on status (methods vary by).
Organize and participate in creative rollout calls/meetings with industry partners (main contact).
Managing all industry partners' forecasts (monthly or quarterly, depending on partner).
Required Qualifications

Strong CAD skills – Proficient in Adobe Suite on a Mac platform.
Detailed and conscious of deadlines.
Strong communication and organization skills.
5 years of relative design experience working in the apparel industry.
