Digital Strategist
Help drive transformation across the organization by leveraging agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban. Coach and mentor teams while working with engineering and agile leadership to provide digital transformation strategy, architecture, and implementation expertise to enhance IT service delivery.
Responsibilities
Drive adoption of an Agile mentality through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile life‑cycle management tools.
Coach, mentor, and coach team members to apply advanced IT advising for enterprise‑wide transformation.
Serve as a Release Train Engineer for a cross‑functional product team.
Implement standard business rules, facilitate Agile events, build insightful Agile reports, and collaborate with scrum masters.
Lead discussions with team leads and management to keep the team focused and track commitments, pace, and quality.
Qualifications
Required Experience
6+ years of coaching, mentoring, or advising technology leaders through sophisticated Agile transformations.
5+ years of designing and executing enterprise‑wide transformation frameworks.
3+ years developing metrics and KPI tracking, presenting data to stakeholders.
Experience implementing Agile frameworks in the federal government, Navy, or DoD.
Knowledge of Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders on transformation topics.
Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in IT or Systems Engineering, or 4+ years of facilitation experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Experience
5+ years of experience with IT and analytics process design, organizational models, service delivery models, and workflow automation.
5+ years driving digital transformation initiatives.
Experience supporting DoD Acquisition Category (ACAT) or Business Category (BCAT) programs.
Experience with GitLab, Tableau, or Power BI.
Knowledge of Application Life Cycle and Agile Management tools.
Agile certification.
Security Clearance

Compensation and Benefits
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900 to $198,000 annualized USD. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and contractual factors.
