Pay
We offer our Co‑Producing Sales Team Manager $200,000–$300,000 per year, performance incentives, bonuses, and paid training designed to set you up for success.

YOUR SCHEDULE
This full‑time position follows a Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM schedule, with night and weekend availability as needed.

YOUR DAY
As our Co‑Producing Sales Team Manager, you'll balance leadership with hands‑on field work. Your day will include coaching team members through KPIs, conducting one‑on‑one development sessions, staying active with homeowners, and ensuring high standards of service and performance. You'll set the pace, guide the team, and drive results through consistent leadership and field engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong leadership skills

Positive, growth‑oriented mindset

Coaching and teaching experience, and being highly organized, are preferred.

We're looking for someone who leads by example, supports team development, and performs consistently in the field.
