Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Editor and Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both long‑form and short‑form content creation and editing, be comfortable working with data‑based content, and adept at collaborating with teams of writers, editors, researchers, and creatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement content strategies for various industries and consulting teams while also diving into the details of ideating, writing, and editing work.
Required Experience
Editorial, reporter, or content marketing role at a brand or magazine
Content, web or digital strategist role at a brand or ad agency
Must Haves
Writing & Editing
Engage in the creation and editing of long‑form and short‑form content, including research‑based pieces, white papers, blog posts, video scripts, infographics, websites, and marketing materials.
Content Strategy
Build comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives and support consulting teams.
Collaboration
Collaborate with teams of writers, editors, researchers, and creatives.
Preferred Background
Magazine‑style content creation. Experience with journalism or creating magazine‑ready, research‑based articles for publications such as Forbes, Fortune, HBR, and MIT.
Soft Skills
Strong EQ, people skills, ability to interview subject matter experts, navigate business situations, and represent the organization across a large matrixed structure.
Reporting
Reports to the Director of Editorial and Content Strategy for the thought leadership team.
