As part of the Revenue & Digital Innovation team, the AssistantDirector / Digital Marketing & Revenue will manage revenuegenerating initiatives for Virginia Tech Athletics. This positionoversees the implementation and management of digital platforms(email, web, mobile app, etc.) and contributes to digital marketingefforts for an assigned ticketed sport (Football, or Men's orWomen's Basketball, or Baseball). Will collaborate with other teammembers and Athletics department staff in content creation, contentdistribution, and the measurement of digital campaign success. Willbe expected to ensure all content aligns with the university'sbrand standards and organizational objectives while maintaining afocus on achieving measurable results. This position reports to theAssociate Athletic Director / Revenue.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, sports management, oranother comparable program with relevant experience, or a master'sdegree.
Strong attention to detail, copywriting, and editing skills.
Experience developing marketing automation and digital advertisingcampaigns.
Ability to meet deadlines, work outside normal working hours,including nights and weekends when required.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Eloqua, WMT, and Vozzi (or comparableplatforms).
Experience in a NCAA Division I college athletics department orprofessional sports organization.
