As part of the Americas Hilton Worldwide Sales Luxury Team, you will play a vital role in driving sales for our prestigious Hilton Luxury Brand properties. In your capacity as the Director of Luxury Business Development Sales, you will craft and implement a strategic approach to cultivate new business opportunities and develop accounts within our luxury portfolio. Your expertise in luxury sales will be critical in identifying and converting unmanaged accounts into valuable partnerships, collaborating closely with our luxury properties to optimize revenue.
What you'll do during a typical day:
Identify new luxury group customers and create business opportunities from unmanaged Hilton accounts across various market segments, including end-users and potential third-party partners.
Engage potential customers through social media, industry events, solicitation efforts, and email outreach.
Manage sales leads through the pipeline in collaboration with luxury property sales teams to increase conversion rates.
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth and meet organizational objectives.
Create engaging hotel customer events focused on attracting unmanaged accounts with luxury group revenue potential.
Participate in networking events and trade shows to foster relationships and generate leads.
Lead the Hilton Luxury Brand Education series targeting prospective clients.
Organize personalized FAM trips for high-touch engagement with new business accounts.
Enhance our brand messaging via elevated content on social media platforms using luxury-focused communications.
Utilize Salesforce for effective customer relationship management and sales documentation.
Conduct extensive market research to identify potential luxury clients and emerging industry trends.
