Responsibilities
Campaign Project Management: manage day‑to‑day operations and long‑term planning of major initiatives, utilizing project management tools to track tasks, communications, and fundraising milestones.
Strategic Operations: design and refine operational workflows, translating broad campaign strategies into functional processes within the CRM system.
Volunteer & Executive Coordination: provide executive support to the AVP for College Relations by managing development activities, travel, on‑campus engagements, and coordinating volunteer committees; manage follow‑through on action items, process invoices, reconcile expense reports, plan meetings, and maintain digital files.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: liaise with Advancement Operations to ensure data integrity and coordinate with Development Communications to track marketing collateral and solicitation materials.
Data & Insight: produce campaign progress reports and dashboards for leadership, ensuring accurate reporting of campaign totals and pledge fulfillment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple diverse assignments/projects simultaneously and meet complex goals.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the capacity to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to respond diplomatically to diverse constituencies and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in assessing and translating data to address complex challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience working within Slate CRM or similar advancement databases.
Experience in high‑level project management within a higher education or non‑profit fundraising environment.
Pay
Pay range is $82,500 to $92,500, commensurate with experience.
Remote Work Policy
Hybrid on‑site/remote work arrangements may be available for up to 2 days of remote work per week for employees based in MA, NY, CT, or VT, following a fully in‑person onboarding period. This position requires a majority physical presence on campus with a minimum of 3 days per week of on‑campus, in‑person work. Remote work arrangements are subject to review and revision as policy evolves.
