What You’ll Do

Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across various digital channels, including search, display, programmatic, and social media in collaboration with our digital agency partner

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling ad edits and messaging

Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization

Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition

Support the Head of Digital Marketing in setting creative platform strategy, creating shot lists for shoots and working with post production on platform adjustments and edits

Lead tracking system implementation (UTMs, pixels, etc.), having robust knowledge on tracking ecosystems and how to expand tracking capabilities

Platform‑Specific, Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Partner with internal teams and agency partners to inform the creative strategy for Meta campaigns, including carousel, video, story, and collection ads

Provide guidance on audience considerations, messaging frameworks, and creative best practices to support engagement and conversion goals

Google Ads: Contribute to the strategic development of search and display campaigns by advising on keyword intent, ad copy themes, and creative approaches that align with performance objectives

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

3‑5 years of experience in digital advertising within CPG (consumer packaged goods), with a focus on paid search, display, programmatic, and social media advertising

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work well under pressure

Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and a creative thinker with a high level of initiative

The salary range for this role is

$ 85,000.00 and $ 110,000.00 . This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
