As an Advanced Production Technician, you will play a vital role in operating our conveying and drying equipment, ensuring a consistent supply of raw materials for our Injection machines. Set Schedules:

Enjoy 12-hour shifts with a rotating 2-week schedule of 3 days on and 4 days off, totaling only 15 working days a month as a full-time associate!

You Will

Report any food safety issues to authorized personnel for prompt action.

Operate dryers and relevant equipment, ensuring an uninterrupted flow of materials to the injection machines.

Carry out preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs.

Perform regular checks and readings, actively monitoring material flows.

Provide functional guidance to line Utilities as needed.

You Have

Ability to work nights: 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off, enabling 2 weekends off per month with a 3‑day weekend!

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in operating manufacturing machines & equipment.

Strong mechanical skills demonstrated through related experience.

Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical mechanics.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

Familiarity with using computer applications.

Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

You'll Earn

$21‑23 an hour, depending on experience.

Night shift workers receive a shift differential of $1.00.
