JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Account Executive Digital
Contáctica is seeking a Senior Account Executive Digital with proven experience in client relationship management, digital media strategy, and campaign performance reporting. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to act as both a trusted client advisor and an internal project coordinator.
You will manage a portfolio of clients (with emphasis on Banking and Financial Services), translating business objectives into actionable marketing strategies, and ensuring the seamless execution of digital projects. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), data-driven, and capable of balancing account growth with project oversight to deliver consistent business results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
Build long-term client relationships based on trust, collaboration, and measurable success.
Understand client marketing objectives, industry context, and evolving business challenges.
Identify opportunities for growth and upsell within existing accounts.
Digital Strategy & Execution
Translate business objectives into clear digital marketing strategies across SEM, social, display, and performance channels.
Prepare proposals, presentations, scopes of work, and project documentation.
Manage media budgets, estimates, and invoices while ensuring cost efficiency.
Oversee campaign execution, ensuring alignment with KPIs and timelines.
Planning & Project Coordination
Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, media, data, and technology) to deliver integrated campaigns.
Track deliverables, priorities, and deadlines, anticipating potential bottlenecks and proactively addressing them.
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and client stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance across digital platforms.
Generate reports and performance analyses that translate data into actionable insights.
Recommend optimizations and strategic improvements based on metrics and results.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of proven experience as a Digital Account Executive or similar role in a marketing agency.
Strong knowledge of digital media planning and reporting.
Experience with Banking and Financial Services accounts is highly desirable.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written) is mandatory.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
Familiarity with project coordination or Agile methodologies is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Martech tools is considered an advantage, but not required.
