Barn2Door is seeking an Account Executive (Sales) to join the team and help drive growth by qualifying and closing new farm accounts, managing a high-velocity sales cycle, and supporting farmers as they transition online.
Responsibilities will include:
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, overseeing the sales process from initiation to close
Generate prospective farm leads through research, emails, phone calls, and events
Meet and exceed farm subscription goals and overall sales team objectives
Deliver product demonstrations and educate prospects about Barn2Door’s solutions
Clearly articulate Barn2Door’s value proposition and return on investment
Resolve objections and close new accounts
Track and follow sales protocols, ensuring consistent follow-up and process adherence

Have farm, food, or agriculture domain knowledge (preferred)
Training
Training includes product orientation, messaging, role-playing, objection handling, and ongoing self-critiques of customer calls and meetings, with a strong emphasis on professional growth.
Total Compensation
On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $100,000–$110,000+ DOE with a no-cap commission structure, plus incentive stock options (ISOs).
