Art Director (Contract)

LaSalle Network has partnered with a NY based beauty brand in their search for a Freelance Art Director starting ASAP.

This role will lead creative direction across multiple campaign projects, including photoshoot execution and post-production oversight. The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative with strong campaign and on-set experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead art direction and concept development for multiple campaign initiatives

Create mood boards, visual guidelines, and shot lists

Direct on-set photoshoots, including talent and creative partners

Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets

Oversee post-production and guide assets through final delivery
Ideal Experience

Art direction experience in beauty is a MUST

Strong portfolio of campaign work and photoshoots

Experience managing creative from concept through completion

Ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to be onsite as needed for photo shoots in NYC

Must have your own equipment
Key Details

Compensation: $50-$55 per hour depending on experience.
