Sales Evaluator
Join the CRAWLSPACE MEDIC team as a Sales Evaluator, where you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent service to customers and the community while thoroughly evaluating crawl spaces. In this role, you will identify issues and create tailored solutions for repair and remediation, playing a crucial part in both business development and operations.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will:

Possess excellent interpersonal skills, behaving professionally with both homeowners and colleagues.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interactions.

Be proficient with technology, able to self-manage their schedule via device or tablet.

Demonstrate experience in sales with a track record of closing deals (experience in the industry is a bonus).

Be comfortable navigating crawl spaces and identifying issues, with the ability to learn how to resolve problems effectively.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and close sales leads within the franchise market.

Conduct inspections by identifying issues and creating detailed scopes of work for repairs or remediation.

Recognize common crawl space issues such as high wood moisture content, standing water, water intrusion, wood rot, and structural problems.

Assess the health of crawl space environments and quantify necessary repairs for accurate pricing.

Familiarize yourself with repair methods, means, and materials to offer solutions for identified problems.

Communicate comprehensively with customers throughout the inspection process, clarifying findings and necessary repairs.

Collaborate with office staff and repair teams to ensure clarity on scopes of work.

Engage with and support the franchise team, contributing to a positive team environment.

Work alongside the local operations team to enhance profitability, assisting with dispatch and quality control where needed.

Participate in networking and marketing activities to promote services.

Maintain and track sales metrics to meet company expectations.

Perform other tasks as assigned.
