**Job Title: Marketing Director**
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Marketing Director to lead and oversee our restaraunt marketing plan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer/team engagement, and business growth. You will collaborate with various groupss to align marketing initiatives with the company's goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Plan and implement team member recognitions and events
- Oversee online and offline marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, advertising campaigns, and public relations.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for new product launches and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing ROI.
- Stay informed about the latest marketing techniques and industry trends to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
- Coordinate with El Paso Chick-fil-A Marketing Directors for market level campaigns.
- Support Operations during times of peak demand and short staffing.

Build relationship with Team Members and leaders of the business.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Equvalent experience is acceptable.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a similar senior marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions and measuring success.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead cross-functional projects.
