Position Summary
World Relief seeks a Resilience Programs Coordinator. This role supports individual and group case management activities for clients acutely impacted by vulnerabilities that impede stability and integration. The Coordinator works alongside Specialists to conduct client assessments for services for referral and walk in clients, facilitate integration workshops and group activities, and assist clients with overcoming barriers to achieve tasks related to their program goals. Activities may include research and resource development, and collaborative analysis with peers to identify upstream solutions. This position requires cultural humility, trauma-informed practice, and working knowledge of community resources.

This is a temporary position funded through a grant agreement until 8/15/2026.

Role & Responsibilities

Once client goals have been identified by a Specialist, the Coordinator will provide the necessary interventions to support successful intervention to achieve program goals.

Identify appropriate internal and external referrals needed to support client success from stability and integration.

Support the planning and facilitation of trauma-informed, culturally relevant psychoeducation groups and other workshops designed to support resilience, and positive psychosocial well-being and strong relationships.

Ensure follow-up and track external referrals to ensure client access and connection.

Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate, timely and confidential case records in compliance with agency, funder, and legal requirements.

Research and develop resources and materials in collaboration with colleagues to identify upstream solutions to immigrant stability.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Mature and personal Christian faith

Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief

Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities

Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Association of Evangelicals\' For the Health of The Nation document

At least 2 years experience working or volunteering in immigrant rights work or family case management

Demonstrated understanding of case management processes, strengths-based perspectives, and trauma-informed practice preferred

Excellent time management and planning skills, and a keen attention to detail

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills

Highly motivated with good follow through and problem-solving skills

Skill and sensitivity working with people from various backgrounds and beliefs

Ability to work well on a team in a synergistic work environment, a flexible and motivated team player

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Teams, Excel, Word) and case management software, including Dynamics and Salesforce

Valid driver’s license and reliable access to an insured vehicle required

Must be able to pass a background check and MVR check

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with immigrant and refugee communities

$19 - $21 an hour
