We’re hiring a

Customer Growth Executive

to join a growing business consultancy in central Glasgow. The company works closely with small businesses, helping them manage essential services so they can focus on what they do best – running their business.

The Role
This is not cold sales. Instead, you’ll be working with

existing customers , building relationships and helping them get the most value from the services available.
You will:
Speak with existing customers on a daily basis
Understand their business needs and challenges
Identify opportunities to

cross-sell and upsell

additional services
Build strong relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
Work towards targets in a supportive, high-energy environment

Working in a call centre or customer service role
Used to speaking with customers and building rapport quickly
