Position Summary

The Sr. Copywriter is a core creative contributor responsible for developing strong, concept‑driven copy across campaigns, channels, and brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and write compelling copy for integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, retail, DTC, PR, sales, and experiential channels.
Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Producers to build creative ideas, refine concepts, and produce final copy.
Translate creative briefs, brand strategies, and business objectives into clear, engaging, on‑brand messaging.
Own copy deliverables from concept through final execution, managing feedback and revisions efficiently.
Adapt tone, voice, and messaging for different audiences, platforms, and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, Strategy, Social, Digital, Sales, and Production to meet channel needs and performance goals.
Participate actively in brainstorms, creative reviews, and working sessions; provide copy for shoots, scripts, VO, captions, and on‑set as required.
Demonstrate accountability by meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects, and communicating proactively when priorities shift.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, Ad School degree, or equivalent professional experience.
3–6 years of copywriting experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or in‑house brand environment.
A portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, strong writing craft, and experience across multiple channels.
Solid understanding of brand voice, messaging frameworks, and how ideas translate across formats.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a highly collaborative, team‑based environment.
Comfort receiving and applying feedback, focusing on improving work rather than defending it.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with production workflows for video, social, and digital content is a plus.
