Job Description
General Responsibility Statement
Provide support to facilitate the timely execution of all marketing functions by assisting in creation of content, planning, organization, collaboration and implementation. This position may be based on-site, hybrid, or remote (with ability to travel to headquarters).

Essential Job Responsibilities
The essential job responsibilities consist of the following:

Marketing Support

Stand as a creative professional within the marketing department.

Development of a social media calendar, management of social media, monitoring social media.

Planning and writing content.

Planning and capturing photo and video content.

Engaging with sales and distribution to collaborate and correlate on social media.

Planning and capturing product photos, videos, and other various forms of content.

Assist in writing and planning content around audio and video media.

Assist in project development and management relative to content.

Ability to collaborate with a team and build relationships.

This position shall support its manager and shall ensure that all department members are cross trained in the position responsibilities.

Education, Reasoning Ability & Experience

High School Diploma

Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing preferred

Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Knowledge on Social Media Platforms

Some knowledge on the Adobe creative Suite

Experience using a social media management platform

Experience utilizing a CRM Software

Ability to analyze analytics and present results

Communication and Language Skills
Strong oral and written communication skills. Critical thinking and problem solving.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

Some knowledge on graphic design

Experience with videography

Experience with animated videos

Travel Requirements
This position will require some travel.

Physical Demands
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Required to sit and use computer, handle paperwork, also to stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to grasp and hold objects, tools and/or controls, likewise reach with arms and hands. The employee is also, at times, exposed to fumes and or airborne particulates.
